26 years female presented with cosmetic nose deformity- wide nasal bridge , low dorsum, wide ala. underwent nose job (closed rhinoplasty) with cephalic trim, lateral osteotomies, dorsal augmentation with diced septal cartilage, alar base reduction. Post procedure photos taken at 20 days.
