The solution in men is a simple surgery under local anesthesia. The nipples are anesthetized and it is reduced to the required size by a small incision and the sutures are applied. The cuts are placed in the previously present folds on the nipple. This means when the sutures come off the final scar is not visible at all. It takes a few minutes to get it done. The client requires a very simple post-operative dressing so he can go back to office immediately. This can also be done in women who have completed breast feeding.
