Hi, this is Annie and a Singaporean chinese. I came alone to Chennai Plastic Surgery to do my facelift, necklift, upper eyelid lift, chin implant and fat grafting. I am 8 days post surgery. I would say Dr Karthik did a good job. The stitches are neat and small. His skill in plastic surgery is excellent!!  Dr Karthik's team will review you everyday. And I have daily massages from one of the sister Ramya. The nurses ( Yuvarani, Ramya,Poonja and Parvathi) here take care of you very well.  I am still in the process of getting better.  The staffs are very service orientated. If you do come alone, the staff ( Rahul) will pick u up at the airport and escorted you to visit the Dr.  Before arrival,  I was already given by a patient co ordinator's ( Mr Lenin) mobile.  He will briefed you the before surgery instructions  The hospital nurses are around the clock so you don't have to worry. Staffs and nurses at CPS speak good English. So if you are non indian and coming alone to Chennai And CPS for surgery, you are well taken care of!! Also thank you for Dr Masha for her kind attention in taking out my stitches today (11th day in CPS). My swelling has subsided quite abit now. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Karthik Ram and the entire team. Dr. Karthik is very professional, patient, and explains everything clearly. I felt comfortable and confident throughout my treatment.

I recently underwent gynecomastia surgery and it's been two months post op, the entire experience was exceptional from the day one till the day of the procedure, I wasn't scared at all the team made me feel so comfortable that I walked in as smoothly as if I were just going for a routine dental appointment. Chief Surgeon Dr. Karthik Ram took the time to address all my concerns beforehand and made me so confident through his consultation and from his videos at youtube.
The follow-up care by Dr. Masha and Dr. Nishaar was very friendly and comforting, and the nurse staffs was also very friendly, supportive, and cooperative that created a stress free place. A special shout-out to the massage specialist who comes every Saturday, those post-op sessions were incredibly effective and made a huge difference in my recovery. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Karthik Ram and the entire team at Chennai Plastic Surgery. I came in wanting to improve the shape and proportions of my body, particularly my lateral thighs, love handles/lower back and arms, and what I appreciated most was that Dr. Karthik Ram did not simply agree to everything I asked for.

From the beginning, he was very clear and honest about what would actually benefit me, what was safe, and what kind of results could realistically be achieved. He took the time to look at my overall body proportions rather than treating each area separately. That gave me a lot of confidence because I felt that the goal was not just to remove fat, but to create a more balanced and natural-looking shape.

I especially appreciated that he was willing to tell me when something wasn’t the right choice for me. He explained my options clearly and allowed me to make an informed decision without ever making me feel pressured. That honesty is something I value tremendously in a surgeon.

The entire nursing team also deserves a special mention. They were incredibly kind, patient and reassuring throughout the process. I had so many questions before and after the procedure, and they answered each and every one with a smile. Even when I was anxious about something during recovery, they took the time to explain and reassure me. Their care made a huge difference in my overall experience.

What stood out to me about Dr. Karthik Ram was his attention to detail, his honesty and his aesthetic understanding of the body. He made me feel that my individual shape and proportions mattered, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Karthik Ram and his wonderful nursing team for making my experience so comfortable and positive. I felt listened to, well cared for and, most importantly, safe throughout the entire process.
