My mother's eyesight was fine, but her drooping eyelids were blocking her vision so much that she struggled to read the newspaper. When I spoke to Dr. Karthik, he responded right away, and she was scheduled as the first patient the following week. From reassuring my mother before the procedure to the surgery itself, Dr. Karthik did an outstanding job. The care from the CPS and Sainath Hospital staff was unmatched, and Sisters Kalpana, Raghavi and Yuvarani deserve special mention. At every step, my mother was treated as a priority. It was my first time seeing care from the side of a patient's family, and it was a very reassuring experience. My surgery went very smoothly, and the recovery was much better than I expected. The procedure was painless, and I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. The doctors were very professional, experienced, and explained everything clearly before and after the surgery. The nurses and hospital staff were extremely kind, caring, helpful, and always available whenever I needed assistance. They made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay. The hospital was clean, well maintained, and the overall care was excellent. I am very happy with my recovery and the results of the surgery. HSKOctober 7, 2026An experience of an establishment starts from the pre-arrival phase. Their team was very responsive and helpful from the get go. As I was traveling from outstation I was in contact with them via email and their responses were quick. The consultation with Dr. Karthik was quick and thorough, all my questions and concerns were addressed and I was confident enough to schedule my surgery the very next day. I was met with Sabri who was fantastic ! He assisted me with pre surgery preparations and also with post op needs and getting me settled. The surgery happens in the hospital opposite to CPS. I had anesthesia anxiety but I was put to ease knowing I had a solid anesthesiologist Dr. TNS and skilled surgeons Dr. karthik and Dr. Masha. Dr. Masha was taking care of my follow up appointment meets. Post OP support and follow up were great and the team really cares.
