I am 8 days post surgery. I would say Dr Karthik did a good job. The stitches are neat and small. His skill in plastic surgery is excellent!! I am still in the process of getting better. The staffs are very service orientated. If you do come alone, the staff will pick u up at the airport and escorted you to visit the Dr. Before arrival, I was already given by a patient co ordinator's mobile. He will briefed you the before surgery instructions The hospital nurses are around the clock so you don't have to worry. Staffs are CPS speak good English. I came in wanting to improve the shape and proportions of my body, particularly my lateral thighs, love handles/lower back and arms, and what I appreciated most was that Dr. Karthik Ram did not simply agree to everything I asked for. From the beginning, he was very clear and honest about what would actually benefit me, what was safe, and what kind of results could realistically be achieved. I had already travelled to Bangkok and seen several surgeons, but never felt completely comfortable proceeding. Having previously undergone a double cardiac bypass, I needed a surgeon who was confident managing my medical history — and from my very first conversation with Dr. Ram, I felt reassured by how knowledgeable and clear he was about how he wanted to approach my case. I also started with some facial aesthetic treatments, and that's when I discovered his real artistic touch. He approaches a face the way someone sketches a portrait — refining it gradually and looking at the whole rather than treating individual areas in isolation. When I returned to Singapore, I had dermatologists asking whether I'd had something done, because I looked good without them being able to pinpoint what had changed.
