29 years old patient complaints of narrow nasal bridge, deviated nasal septum and bulbous tip. Has undergone two rhinoplasty surgeries previously in some other clinic. Not satisfied with the outcome. Wanted to try non surgical treatment to correct his nose post rhinoplasty. Dermal fillers were done to make the nose look more aesthetic as per patient’s desire. No aesthetic concerns now.
