43 years old patient from south Africa complaints of broad nasal bridge, broad alar base and
bulbous tip. Closed rhinoplasty done involving narrowing of the nasal dorsum , alar plasty
and cephalic trim with tip refinement. Post rhinoplasty pictures taken after 3 months .
