A 44-year-old female patient visited us with concerns about large, sagging breasts and a desire to improve breast shape and proportion. She underwent a breast reduction procedure to reduce excess tissue, followed by fat transfer to enhance breast contour and achieve a more balanced appearance. Post-surgery photos taken at the 3-month follow-up reveal a significant improvement in breast size, symmetry, and overall aesthetics.
