A 27-year-old female patient presented with concerns about sagging breasts and a desire to correct both the sagginess and reduce breast size. To address her issues, she underwent a combination of breast reduction and breast lift surgery, which also included nipple repositioning. Post surgery pictures taken after 5 months.
