58 years old female patient from Australia complaints of turkey neck appearance, saggy facial skin with rhytids [wrinkles] and fat loss desired to have a more youthful facial appearance. Face lift or rhytidectomy with neck lift done along with facial fat transfer. Post facelift and necklift pictures taken 1 month after fat transfer and face lift surgery.
