35 years old male sustained nasal injury few years back who complaints of dorsal hump deformity with wide dorsum and bulbous tip. Closed post traumatic rhinoplasty done . Osteotomy to narrow the widenned bridge of the nose along with tip refinement. Post rhinoplasty pictures 3 months after surgery.
