25 years old female model complaints of broad bridge of the nose with bulbous nasal tip. Closed rhinoplasty including cephalic trim, tip refinement , alarplasty, dorsal bump reduction and shortening of long nose done. Post rhinoplasty pictures taken 3 months after rhinoplasty.
