23 years old patient complaints of narrow nasal bridge, deviated nasal septum and bulbous tip due to previous rhinoplasty surgeries in some other clinic. Closed rhinoplasty done involving correction of the nasal dorsum and the septum , cephalic trim with tip refinement. A month after rhinoplasty , dermal fillers were done to make the nose look more aesthetic as per patient’s desire. Post rhinoplasty pictures taken 1 year after surgery. No functional and aesthetic concerns now.
