19 yrs years old patient from complaints of broad dorsal bones, bulbous tip and wide alar base for which closed rhinoplasty, cephalic trim, tip plasty, alar base reduction and osteotomy and dorsal augmentation with cartilage graft done. Post rhinoplasty pictures taken 1 month after surgery.
